Church of the Resurrection is a Roman Catholic parish located in Dubuque IA with a vibrant parish with 2,400 families. 

Coordinator of Music - Part-Time
Parish Music Coordinator responsibilities will include directing, planning and coordinating the parish music programs for all weekend liturgies, Holy Days, weddings and funerals. Be an integral and active part of the parish staff.

Required Qualifications:

• High degree of proficiency with a principal instrument capable of providing musical leadership during liturgies, preferably keyboard or piano.
• Practicing Catholic willing to engage in the faith life of our parish which he/she serves and leads
• Demonstrated vocal and keyboard/piano proficiency
• Organizational skills and ability to collaborate/coordinate with parishioners and parish staff
• Flexible work schedule available.

Coordinator of Religious Education - Part-Time  (CRE)
CRE to assist Director of Faith Formation in coordination of religious education of Grades K-5; school year and summer program(s).  The CRE will work with our catechists and students to coordinate the religious education and faith formation, including reviewing curriculum; coordinating the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion; serving as a family liaison between families and school to encourage faith development at home and school.  Be an integral and active part of the parish staff.

• Practicing Catholic willing to engage in the faith life of our parish which he/she serves and leads
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent oral and written communication.
• Organizational skills and ability to collaborate/coordinate with parishioners, parents and parish staff.
• Must be able to work irregular work schedule including Wednesday nights for Religious Education classes. Schedule will be at least 20 hours/wk and coordinated with the Director of Faith Formation.
