Dear Resurrection parishioners, guests and friends,
We are looking forward to our 56th Annual Resurrection Parish Festival! Our Parish Festival is quickly approaching and we need your support! To help ensure another successful festival, we are asking each family to donate the following:
● $5 toward general festival expenses (drop in the collection basket or the festival donation canisters)
● 1 cake (last names A-N)
● 1 pie (last names O-Z) in a disposable or recyclable container.
(No cream or custard please. Brownies/bars may be substituted.)
*Please bring cakes and pies to Door 2 of the school the morning of the festival.
Please also consider donating the following items:
Kiddie Land:
New or gently-used prizes for children up to age 12.
(Cash donations are also welcome and should be placed in an envelope labeled “Kiddie Land”).

Cash and Carry:
New this year! All lower-ticket silent auction donations will join our country store in the cash and carry section with a set buy-it-now price. Donate items valued up to $50.
The Country Store:
Fresh fruits/vegetables, jams/jellies, pickles, baked goods, arts/crafts, etc.
(Bars should be cut into 1½-inch squares with 6 to a plate; cookies should be 13 to a plate.)
Please cover all baked goods with plastic wrap.
Please price all craft items. (No used items please).
What do I do with my donations? Please bring your donations to church and drop them off with volunteers at the church entrances before and after Masses in August, or drop them off at the parish office. This includes donations of money, game prizes, snacks, and non-perishable country store items.
Finally, if you have not yet sold or purchased your raffle tickets, please do so as soon as possible. Ticket stubs/cash can be placed in an envelope and dropped in the weekend collection basket or at the parish office.
Thank you for your generosity. We look forward to seeing you at the parish festival!

As always, please remember the impact the annual festival has on our parish. Plan to join us in celebrating however you are able. Parishioners may make a donation beforehand by using the “Festival” envelope included in your envelope packet. However you choose to donate, please clearly indicate that it is your contribution for the parish festival to help ensure that the office can properly account for festival donations separate from your regular financial support to Resurrection.
We sincerely thank all of you for your continued support and active participation during this year’s festival events! We pray that this letter finds each and every one of you happy and healthy. Let’s have another amazing festival this year! Thank you!
