Religious Education Registration Page
2010-2011

The registration process for the 2010-2011 program is now open. There are two forms required for RE registration:

1) The first form is a Resurrection Parish form that facilitates registration of up to 3 students in the fall RE program.

2) The second form is one from the Archdiocese of Dubuque entitled 'Annual Parental/ Guardian Consent Form and Liability Waiver'. Parents must complete a waiver form for each student to be registered in the Religious Education program. Please submit the completed forms to Joe Hancock at the parish office.
